Training and Education

Sheng Hsiang places great emphasis on employee development and growth, and to diversify the employee knowledge base to better address the nature in many aspects of the food production industry in terms of new employee training, managerial training, and enlightening professional knowledge.


 ·  New Employee Training

After recruitment, new employees are provided the opportunity of responsibility and training with professional experience under the careful guidance of senior employees.


 ·  Managerial Training

To cultivate new leaders in the company, Sheng Hsiang specifically looks for external consultants and retirees with the applicable and seasoned experience to imbue the company and its employees with his/ her experienced critical fields such as company improvement, problem solving, leadership, and data analysis.


 ·  Professional Knowledge

Sheng Hsiang recognizes the value of continuing education and development in the face paced food industry.   It frequently hosts and sponsors outside experts to lead development classes for its employees, encourage employees to continue their own studies in critical and relevant areas (temperature control, cheese filling, equipment cleaning, fire safety, etc.).   Additionally, to promote from interior, Sheng Hsiang frequently arranges overseas business trip for employee and plans professional conferences to expand the company's global vision and enhances their abilities.
